Contractors can always visit sites like odesk.com. There are many freelancers out there who apply for jobs if paid regularly.

Going to use the info here, since I am tired of working for pennies and writing about dentists and plumbers. I've been saying that for years and I never get anywhere. After 23 hours of mill work in the past day or so, I'm at the point of tears.
I find marketing myself SO difficult though. Any tips for that? |

The only thing I would suggest is to not wait a whole year before you ask. Depending on how much you write for them, I think waiting a month or two would be plenty.
