I have been considering joining Wildtree. I just had a few question I hope someone can answer from me.

1. Is 49.95 the regular cost of the starter kit and what all comes in it
2. How does the compensation plan work?
3. Are there quotas per month/quarter/year?
4. How are you allowed to advertise your business?
5. What type of training and support do you get from the company?
6. How does the host rewards work and can a consultant earn host credit when they host their own party?

Is 49.95 the regular cost of the starter kit and what all comes in it

yes it is - 2 oils and the best of Wildtree pack (8 of our best seasonings) and an Asian ginger dressing - all the samples needed for your first 8 tasting parties and 50 catalogs and order forms

2. How does the compensation plan work? 25% starting for reps, this goes up with sales and team building - for example - I am a team leader so I make 40% commish
3. Are there quotas per month/quarter/year? none monthly, $350 a year
4. How are you allowed to advertise your business? anyway you like
5. What type of training and support do you get from the company? training videos, audios and calls - also via web cam.
6. How does the host rewards work and can a consultant earn host credit when they host their own party? 15-20% hostess credit on sales of $200 or more - 1/2 items as well - yes reps can host their own parties - I do it all the time.

Thanks for answering my questions. I just have one more, how many people do you need to add to your team to move up the compensation plan, like how many do you need for the first level, the how many to reach the next level, etc.

3 to reach team leader, then 2 team leaders to reach SR team leader, 4 TL to reach director.

Are there any ongoing costs like website fees etc?

Hi Christine! There is a monthly website fee of $12.99 - your first month is free. With the website comes a beautiful monthly newsletter. It is an optional service but one I find invaluable as I do a lot of online events and have quite a large Internet customer base.
