I always try and pay attention to the earnings and they usually match right up. Thanks for responding, I was starting to wonder if I was the only one it was happening to. Hopefully IT Guy will know what's going on.

That is something I do not have access to and is solely handled by the support team. However, I will reach out to my contacts and see if I can find out what's going on.
I would expect whatever is happening to be resolved very soon, but feel free to contact support directly. |

As of this morning at 7:53 AM EST, the Account Balance and Earned This Month balances are still off by $11 and some change. ![]() Happy Monday all. It looks as if there is still plenty to key. I posted about the same issue but I was the only one having it at the time I guess. I sent them an email that day and still haven’t heard back.

Honestly, I'm not even sure, I didn't keep track and everything reset so I just said whatever at this point... I have no idea how it's affecting my pay.

Thank you for reporting this to us – we did notice another report as well and have notified the systems team to look into this further. The system has been experiencing high volumes for sure and that often can lead to a lag in different views updating on the dashboard etc. Hopefully this is the case again and everything will catch up in good time. The system was architected very well so that it is impossible for snippets of work that have been completed to leave our system and return to our customers without everything writing to several databases etc. In over 20 years of service there has never been a glitch as it relates to the ‘tracking and accounting’ of work for the workforce or for other needs we have internally (like invoicing of our customers for work completed). Since everything was architected to be tied together directly the system would literally have to break all the way in order for something not to work.
