Is anyone else having problems with the system lagging again?

The system had a couple brief issues yesterday. Hopefully it's working more smoothly today for everyone.


We are down to around 150k snippets available in total, so it's likely that today is the day where the steady queues will come to an end. However, we're scanning close to a million snippets per day on average, so if it does run out, just check back later and more should have hopefully arrived.

Yes, it's frustrating. Not only is it lagging, but every few minutes in the middle of keying I keep getting this message:Your session has expired due to inactivity. (even though I am active)

Click 'OK' to Sign In again.

I did want to key for another hour, but unless this gets fixed I just can't. It's too aggravating.

I did send in a support ticket regarding it. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

Apologies for the unexpected issues last night. We've been working through the night to get things back to normal. Fingers crossed, we're hopefully there now.
