Quality Control Test Callers Needed

Part-time/supplemental phone position available making QA calls to our psychiatric hospital clients. Average 6-15 hrs + per week. Hrs vary between 8a-6p, 5p-11p and 12a-7a Midnights, 7 days a week. Must be flexible, dependable and detail-oriented. This is a long term position for the right person with excellent phone voice, customer service skills, computer and telephone landline. We received many emails and have hired our quota at this time. We are keeping a file and will reach out again when we are ready to hire more. That could be a week or longer. The pay is $7 per call.

I was told I was hired for this position in late November, and never heard anything after sending in my new hire paperwork and being told I would hear back in five days time with training details, and that I would be starting in
December. I initiated contact twice to see what was up only to get vague answers about training "may be starting soon! " Complete waste of time!

My thoughts exactly. Seems like there's a HIPAA violation just waiting to happen there.
