I am in the process of being hired I am waiting to do my phone interview. I was just wondering if you can do all the work from a smartphone or do you really have to use a computer?

Default Postmates

Can't believe its been 9 months since I first saw the posting for Postmates here at this forum. So many changes...somehow I have survived it all. Things have become less stressful. We no longer have to be on a schedule and can work as little or as many hours as we wish. No longer have to handle subs or cancellations either. And the CSAT is now calculated on a monthly basis only rather then weekly.
So whoever started the thread thank you so much. Sheryl

If you can handle the constant changes and no one being on the same page, it's an ok job. Got another new manager, we will see how long he lasts.

Claim volume has dropped off a lot, especially during the week. And they seem to feel the need to hire.

What's the applicated status currently (if they are hiring)? Are we still to e-mail [email protected]? Did you automatically attach resume or do they send you some sort of application?

Hey, how are people liking working for Postmates? I am looking into this as well. How do people actually pay for their services or products when call for their orders from where ever? Does customer service still have to communicate with the couriers, the clients, and the company? Also, how does the job cue work? Do you log into their program from home and just start making calls to call in orders? Don't they ask for some kind of payment?

Default Proof of Insurance?

I applied for the customer service position. But I got an email asking me to sign documents and to show proof of insurance. Do they usually ask for this if your doing customer service? I dont want to be a driver.
