Are there any known companies that hire bookkeepers?

We don't see bookkeeping leads on this site very often but there are virtual jobs out there - you can try to Google using a variety of words like work at home bookkeeper, virtual, telecommute, QuickBooks, Peachtree, finance, A/C, A/P, payroll

I've also seen bookkeeping and accounting on other sites geared more towards Virtual Assistants or Secretaries and on various paid job lead sites. I used to see them on HomeJobStop ( $) but not sure what happened to them but they no longer are posting a regular supply of leads seeing last posting dates of early Jun.

I've also seen these types of job leads on sites that hire VA's in the Real Estate field

and another 'out of the box' option may be a test scorer in Business Math or related field
