The Skype interview is pretty chill, not too formal. No questions that are completely weird, typical interview questions. The webcam isn't strictly necessary but I would recommend it.

I am so nervous and do not know why, not like it's the first. I am not even sure if I will accept if offered the position, heard it was 40 hours, set schedule. I am spoiled to the flexible schedules. I am in the hiring process for Teletech as well so we shall see which one God guides me to. Thanks again...

If you aren't sure of a set schedule, it may not be a good idea to go with it. The flexibility of your schedule seems to depend on who your supervisor is. Some are a lot more flexible than others, I happen to be on a team that is very flexible.

We heard through the grapevine today that the contracts are going to be "revised" through Zero Chaos or the like. We are supposed to get the details sometime in the next couple of weeks. I just wonder what that means for the benefits. From what I understand the benefits will disappear and the only ones offered will be the ones offered through ZC. Does anyone know if they are any good? Are they reasonable?
