Teletech/Workbooth/VPN compatibility

I have the 2Wire 3800HGV-B Residential Gateway (RG) & I am concerned about connection issues that may arise using Workbooth/VPN. I have a solution received from my ISP provider but not sure if it will work. I've also submitted this solution to Teletech tech-support as well (waiting on response).

I am a candidate & I'm trying to figure this all out before training or I I become a live production agent. I have my scheduled appointment call tomorrow.

My question: Are there any current teletech agents who use the above Uverse 2Wire RG modem/router combo with Workbooth/VPN? If so, do you have any connection issues?

The original response from Teletech tech-support was to switch ISP providers but I'm not sure I want to go through all of that for a "part-time, seasonal position".

Any help from current Teletech agents would be appreciated. Thanks
