When I worked for them a few years ago, it took a good two weeks before I heard anything from them. Do they still have you undergo a credit check? I think it's unethical and demoralizing to have to take a hit on your credit to get a position as an independent contractor...or for any job for that matter.

When I worked for them , it was a few weeks also. And there was a credit check..And when my firend did it, there was even a drug test.. They had her go into a local lab and they shaved off a small part of her hair for drug testing. But I really think that depends on the client that they were hiring her for which was financial related.
