Default Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant

Must have computer skills and have access to internet as this will be the primary focus of all tasks. Someone who knows of and how to use a great collaboration tool so our communication with be convenient, quick and effective.

Must be able to make local phone calls on my behalf form your location and to speak fluent English. Many task can be done without having to make phone calls.

Great at working in a team and can work well with others on the team.

Great at handling very different tasks from day to day and enjoys figuring thing out that they have never experience before and getting the solution quickly.

If we work well together long term there will be bonuses for performance above and beyond what I ask for. We are looking for someone who is friendly and gives excellent customer service. Has a, "I can get the job done" attitude and can think creatively and quickly.

We do a lot with real estate management so there will lots of detail follow up work relating to this on top of the other random tasks needed.
