1. Set Office Hours-do you need childcare? A cleaner? You work from home, it is a legitimate expense!
2. First Half Hour-spend on on your personall businees. Followup calls. Book Parties. Hostess Coach. Place orders. 3. Second Half Hour-spend on on reaching out and *calling* 3-5 constultants on your team. Connect, share skills, challenge them. 4. Prioritize your time on the phone with consultants. Start with what is exciting, then move onto challenges, and on a positive (favorite product, new leads, etc...) 5. If your business is suffering or needs to be reenergized, book 4 shows!! Book in close (1-2 weeks). Book at least 2 shows at every show. 6. How do you get those bookings? Use your Who Do You Know List. Mail out 10 catalogues on Mon. Include a handwritten note, "Hi Molly, I am so excited about Christmas Gifts. I know you will love them, too. I will call you on Thur. to get your thoughts. Talk soon! Elise" Then call on Thur! Ask her if she has a minute? So, what did you think of our new catalogue. Which were your favorite pieces? I would love to do a Trunk Show at your home for you and your friends. I have the 11th or 12th, which works for you? (Book in close-Offer her a date next week and if that doesn't work, offer another date.) You ought to do this EVERY week! 7. Booking too many shows?
