Conference
What does one wear to conference? I'm curious...I've never been to one and I will be crossing that stage so if anyone can give me some helpful information I would be so grateful.

I really like Talbots for casual professional. Do you have a Talbots credit card? Right now there is 30% off everything and use your Talbots card for 40% off one item. A lot of the necklines are perfect for locket-wearing

Thanks! I will try Talbots. That's a good idea...I'm guessing lots of things are on sale now. It is funny that we are looking for clothes to go with our lockets. I'm going to google "Locket friendly outfits" ha

Seriously though, Talbots is my go-to. I am very short and they have petite clothing. I am so psyched though - I am out of women's petite for good. Woooohooo! Only misses' size clothes for me now! And if the locket doesn't match your neckline, go for a longer chain!

Dressed Up
The reason I asked is because I have seen a few pictures of other conferences and they were in dresses and high heels with lots of bling. They really seemed to be dressed up. I'm not a dress person so I was trying to get feedback about that.

My uniform = black dress or black top & skirt or pants. Works for every occasion. I just like wearing black. I always get complimented when I wear black. I feel more comfortable in it. I think though for normal people who don't wear all black, slacks and a dressy top or a cardigan set would be really cute and comfy but look really sharp.

I am thinking the only ones who are really going to need to blinged out are the Directors and above right? I am not sure what to wear yet, I am still shedding weight so who knows what size I will be when Sept. gets here!

I don't think dressy/professional clothes will look out of place, just keep the weather in mind. Congrats on your weight loss too
I am having so much fun shrinking!
