I see this thread was started years ago, like in 2006. I am a wife and mom from Maryland. My daughter will be 3 in June. I love taking pictures and scrapbooking both traditionally and digitally. I actually still take a picture of my daughter every 18th of the month and I also took a picture of myself every Monday while I was pregnant. I just signed up to be a Creative Memories Consultant in January. My daughter loves taking pictures and seeing pictures of herself and our family in our scrapbooks. I made one of just her that was a full day from start to finish, brushing her teeth, going potty, eating, sleeping... The Creative Memories kit is only $70.00 and sometimes, like when I joined, they add bonus items for free. I got a free Disney scrapbook as a bonus for starting in January. The only thing I don't like so far is the retail quarterly sales have to be $500.00 to remain active. I am going to start doing quarter auctions instead of parties. Just so you know, Creative Memories is not the only scrapbooking company out there and I know it is expensive, so to me it is better to preserve your pictures anyway you can instead of not doing it at all, but I do believe Creative Memories albums are far better quality than any others. Remember, get your pictures off your digital camera and create a tangible display!
