Broken warmer dish
I have a customer that broke her warmer dish for one of her warmers. She wanted to know if she can get a replacement, or does she have to buy a whole new warmer?

You can just order the dish for her, if it's available. Find out which warmer it is and look it up. There is also a section on our PWS that has parts and the warmer dishes are $10.

On each consultant's Scentsy website, it's listed under the BUY tab, then Warmer Components down the left hand column, then Replacement Parts.

As long as it is available you can purchase the top for $10- just start typing in the warmer name and it should come up
