Default Kicking Myself

I kick myself daily at letting my license lapse. I had a brokers license too. I love real estate and it is the only job that I loved going to every day. Now it will be a struggle to come up with the money to take the courses again. I'm just sick.

I'm sorry to hear that lorah. That kind of stinks that they make you take the courses again. On a good note though, maybe you could write of the cost of the classes as a job/business expense? I hope you're able to get your license back soon.

Good luck.

Thanks Dana,
I'm going to try and get the money for the classes. I can take them online because I have already done it in class enough to know what I need to know.

Just for grins if you let it lapse recently see if you can get it back by just paying a fine rather than going through all the test. I myself learned the hard way to never let a license lapse.

It's been several years Cornelius, otherwise that might be something to try. Thanks for the thought though.

I'm in the studying in the Real Estate Institute right now and one of my classmates is in the same position you are now! I know once I get my license, I will not let it lapse... it's easier and cheaper to keep it active
