Default Any Horse Lovers/Owners ?

Just wondering if there are any horse owners or lovers out there? I my self have seven of these wonderful animals. Would like to connect to fellow horse lovers.

Default I love horses

Hello

I don't own a horse, but I love horses. I think they are wonderful animals. They look so majestic when they're out in the wild. I live in Las Vegas, and here you can see wild horses running free. At times it becomes dangerous for them, because the farmers get upset when the wild horses cross their land. I think it has something to do with messing around with their cattle.

I think they're gorgeous wonderful animals.

I love to watch mine as they race across the field. However, I bet it is really something special to see the wild ones running " Wild and Free"

I live in town so don't have my own horse but love horses. Here I am on my friends horse, a retiree from Mackinac Island (a therapy horse and recent barrel racing blue ribbon winner at 26 yr of age) and my herding dog following us.

and here is a really cool book someone recently gave me on the healing powers of horses if you can find a copy

Horse's definitely have healing powers. No matter how rough the day , a trip to the barn is the best cure. I'll have to check that book out, sounds very interesting. Thanks

The ranchers are probably afraid of brucellosis and the competition for feed. I grew up in NM around tons of ranchers, but they were tolerant of the wild ones.

The wild ones are beautiful. Free spirits.... I've never been out west, however, a few of my friends have ended up with adopted mustangs.

I just saw your post. I love horses, I used to breed and show Arabians.I am new to this forum. What type of horses do you have? Do you breed, or are they just pets?
