Your English Salon (Y.E.S.) online English school provides a progressive English environment to Japanese students as well as working professionals.*We are looking to hire experienced ESL teachers.

Why work with Y.E.S.:*
- Each lesson only takes 25 minutes of your time, thus taking several lessons would be easier to manage.
- Materials are provided which cuts preparation time.
- Opportunities to*EARN more ($10-$14)*by stepping up*your skills through a variety of lessons.*
- Casual conversations, business dialogues, exam preparation (IELTS; TOEFL) and group lessons take place using the Skype platform.
- On time bi-weekly or monthly payments (minimum to almost zero fees)
- Be cultured*through a casual*and fun learning environment

Requirements:*
1. Patience to listen - Students shall speak 80% of the time.*
2.*Must be keen to correct student's pronunciation, grammar and sentence construction. Suggest a more natural expression as how native speakers talk.
3.*Creative*in asking several questions related to the material and in*keeping the conversation going.
4. Punctuality is a must. (Time management)
5. Stable DSL/Cable connection (tested during interview)
6. Headset with mic + webcam

Qualifications:*
Education background preferred but not required (training provided as long as one meets the requirements above)
Graduate from a*college/university preferred, but we also accept applicants who are in college/university level.
CELTA, TESOL, TEFL*certified teachers or experience teaching ESL*are encouraged to apply.*

Priority will be given to teachers who can offer lessons during peak hours.
Peak hours:*4AM-10AM*&*3PM-10PM*CST*
