Requirements:
o Evaluate the facility, sales person, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a report with Y/N and supporting narrative
o Specific scenario
o Complete training module and certify as a shopper


Reimbursement:
o $13.50 payment for survey completion
o Reimbursement up to $15 for a small giftable purchase
