Wow, I like this topic.. I like the # 1 and 8, honestly I feel so upset with those people I don't know personally.. But I'm fine, I'll just ignore them.. Anyway, thanks for the list.

Thumbs up What I do when I am upset

I love #2! Great ideas. I like taking a long hot bubble bath when I am upset or need a break.
