I do not like seafood but I am trying to eat healthy. I know that fish is very very good for you, so I wanted to try and introduce it into my diet.
My silly question is, is there any fish out there I could start with that doesn'treally have asea food or fishy taste.
I cannot stand the smell of tuna so don't really want to start there.

TIA

Orange Roughy is really good and has no fishy smell. There are some fabulous recipes out there for it as well

I LOVE shrimp, but to me it has a rather "fishy" taste so I wouldn't suggest starting with them. lol

Try sole or talapia. A bonus is that it's also a lean fish. Just remember not to overcook fish or it becomes rubbery.

You could also just go to your fish monger and ask for a suggestion. if your grocery store is a good one, they'll know what to suggest.

Monkfish is also more 'meaty'than fish tasting I found.
Very firm texture .
