Question Humanatic System Problem: Reviewing Outbound Calls

I feel very confused today because when i start to review the Outbound calls, it's not loading... i waited for almost 15 minutes before it will load up, after the first call that i reviewed i went to the another call and i waited again and it didn't load up, and when i tried to refresh it, it turns out to be like this,

"Our system shows that you already have an open call that has not yet been reviewed. In 30 seconds, this page will refresh and offer a link to remove the open call from your association. Please wait for the page to refresh..."

How can i earn here when the humanatic system is like this? Very....
