Free Gift table for Vendor Shows
I thought this might help someone preparing for an upcoming vendor event...
I have a large upcoming vendor show this weekend that I just finished my display for. I plan on having a Free Gift table also. Gold Canyon has the 30 pack of Tealights including the gift boxes available just for this occasion! I have a small skinny table that I'm going to put on the outer wall of my booth space with a sign that says, "Get your Free Gift here". On the table I have boxes & boxes of the tealight samplers with my business card inside stacked in rows of each fragrance. I also have small clip boards with the Customer Contact cards & pens for the guests at my booth to fill out for the Free Gift & I'm also doing a bonus Auto Freshener Gift Basket raffle! How fun!!! |

I'm all packed and ready to go! It should be a great show... Anyone else have an upcoming vendor or craft show that they're doing this Spring?

Vendor show went great
The Vendor show went great! The Free Tealight Boxes on the gift table were a huge hit, so I just wanted to recommend that idea to everyone. Also, I had a raffle Auto Freshener Gift Basket that I made that a lot of people were excited about, so I thought I'd share how I did it...
The Gift Basket was an Auto Freshener Gift Set. For the base, I used one of those cookie gift basket bases (the kind with the wooden sticks). On each stick I taped a different scented Auto Freshener! Then I had stuffed tissue paper in the base between the wooden sticks and put a ribbon around it. It turned out very colorful & cute! A lot of people thought it was cool & fun, so I'm going to be drawing a winner from all of the customers who entered... How fun! Here's the picture of the Auto Freshener Gift Basket

Thanks ladies! I think the customers really liked that they could choose a gift sample from the table that they liked. I do believe it drew more attention to the table and made it more inviting for them

Great Idea!
I love the idea of having a table set up with the opportunity tealights. I usually have them in the back and give people one if they enter my drawing. I like the idea of it being more visual.

Free Gift Table picture
