Default Gluten Free Line @ Do You Bake?

I am VERY impressed with the Gluten Free line ... I have Celiac's Disease and most Gluten Free products on the market are not truly gluten free.
Food Additives like Maltodextrin, Dextrose and Natural Flavorings are actually derivatives of gluten. SO Happy that Do You Bake? products don't have any of the 300 ingredients disguised as something else but really contain gluten. WAY TO GO Do You Bake?

I agree the amount of hidden Gluten and GMO's in foods today are crazy. They try to disguise it but that in no way helps the people with Celiac's who are intolerant to it.
