The best is cardio exercise. You will lose body fat in general. And then you can mix that up with abdominal crunches and the like.

Fruit fast - only fruits in your diet. My hb saw results in two weeks. Not easy, at the start you may feel weak and lethargic. But it's worth it.
If you're addicted to coffee or tea, better to get rid of that before embarking on fruit fast.

Default Red Tea Detox? Maybe this could help

I was thinking of using this for weight loss! Red Tea Detox. Looks like it could help with belly fat. Might be worth a try. What do you think of this product or has anyone tried it?
