The best is cardio exercise. You will lose body fat in general. And then you can mix that up with abdominal crunches and the like.

I recommend you two workouts, they have high success rate.
1) HIIT Workout
2) HIBT Workout

HIIT Workout: HIIT is High-intensity interval training, in this upper body and lower body exercises are done at high levels of intensity. HIIT exercises helps to burn calories fast and improve aerobic conditioning.
Some of HIIT Exercises are:
-Walk and Sprint
-Jog and Sprint
-Infinite Pushups
-Infinite Squats

HIBT Workout: HIBT is highly intensity based training, HIBT Workout helps to burn more calories, improve your stamina and helps to build healthy life etc.

Side Crunch
Reverse Crunches: Now it's time to do reverse crunches
Vertical Leg Crunch
Bicycle Exercise
