What is your biggest struggle in trying to lose your extra weight?

I know that there will be so many different answers but I think that it will be good for others to realize that they are not alone out there. We all have different struggles in trying to lose our extra weight.

For me, the biggest struggle was changing my eating habits.

I also realized that drinking beer did not help me with my extra weight so I cut that out.

I don't need to lose much, but changing eating habits is the hardest for me too. I just love food too much.

honestly I tried eating right and working out, I unfortunately gained weight. It wasn't until I realized that my body was so messed up from all the bad habits I had that it needed to be rebooted so to speak. So I found something that worked for me and I have now lost the extra weight that I had and am down to where I feel comfortable, I have tons of energy and feel great.

My biggest struggle is self control...especially at night! I do good all day and then when it's finally time for me to relax, all I want to do is snack

Trying to resist eating the "bad" foods. I started writing down everything I eat, which helps a lot. But it's a battle!

For me, it's been the hardest to drink enough water. It's a daily struggle but getting easier!

I am at my goal weight,but maintaining can be a challenge at times.I just focus on eating as healthy as possible and drink water.

I biggest frustration is just trying to loose the weight! After 5 pregnancies, I need to tone up a lot. Trying to do that is very tough.

Making myself exercise is the hardest for me. I need more discipline on this. I don't eat poorly or too much, but I am way too sedentary.

To be very frankly I may not be the first to suffer from weight gain problems, might be due to my unhealthy eating practices I used to gain weight. But now with the help of physical and cardio workout I used to lose weight but still suffering from belly fats. I need proper guidance to recover from these issues.
