Definitely almonds since they're the best nut for us, packed full of nutrition, and PERFECT after a work out!

I always like to much fresh fruits such as mangoes, grapes, strawberries or whatever fruit there is in our fridge.

almonds are my favorite thing to stack on, and they're pretty filling, so you don't have to eat a ton for it to help take your hunger away

I am loving Apples and Peanut Butter, This new product called Belvita Breakfast bars they are designed for breakfast but makes good snacks too.
