Definitely almonds since they're the best nut for us, packed full of nutrition, and PERFECT after a work out!

I always like to much fresh fruits such as mangoes, grapes, strawberries or whatever fruit there is in our fridge.

Love salsa or bean dip with tortilla chips [or any chip, actually] Salsa is lo-cal and bean dip is high fiber.

Don't bypass avacado, either. Look in your deli for pre-made guacamole. Some are 90% avacado, which is good 4 you and easy-breezy.. Plus spread on a wrap with some turkey slices and tomatoes. Yum.

almonds are my favorite thing to stack on, and they're pretty filling, so you don't have to eat a ton for it to help take your hunger away

I am loving Apples and Peanut Butter, This new product called Belvita Breakfast bars they are designed for breakfast but makes good snacks too.
