Monday is back day for me. Tuesday arms, Wednesday shoulders, Thursday legs, Friday chest. If I take a day off, it's usually Wednesday, and I'll do shoulders on Saturday. I change my routine every 6 to 8 weeks to keep from going insane. I've been doing this since June 2010.

Default Walking is great!

Most days I will take a walk around the block. If I find myself eating too much, I will do a more intense walk on the treadmill. This has worked for the first 40 pounds I lost but then I hit a pleateau. I still enjoy my walks but I now have to tone.

Default Situps, Walking and Jumping Jacks

Working from home can really test your self control! I did 20 sit ups today, 20 jumping jacks and then I walked around the block. I'm using everything in my power not to eat the bag of Spicy Thai kettle chips since 1pm. Maybe I should walk again...

I did a little more than I normally do. I taught Body Attack and cxworx early in the morning. Later in the evening, I was invited to take an Insanity class then had to take RPM (spinning) because I promised my friend, who is the instructor, that I'd take her class this week.

I did jogging first in the early morning and then after getting fresh done aerobics. After completing aerobics did some yoga & meditation.That's all for today.

did 65 minutes of water aerobics at LA Fitness.......i'll do 18 minutes of yogilates this evening here at home...

I did some strength training with weights and taught a CXWORX class this morning. Tomorrow is Cardio day!

None yet, but I signed for a competition with my MBA colleagues and we will do a 75-km walk/run that should last 3-days in a desert here in China. The competition is at the end of April, so we're training twice a week. And today will be my first day! Super excited!

Default Treadmill Walk!

The weather is a bit yucky today, so I'm just going to set up my laptop over my Treadmill and walk for 20 minutes.

I know it's bad to be glued to my monitor screen but hey, this way I can get a little work done and burn some calories.

I can relax my eyes while I'm in the shower

I haven't done any physical activity today, but we'll be going on a walk this evening. Cleaning house is also a workout, and we have an hour of that today as well.
