I did walk for 5 Km daily and after that YOGA steps for my internal immunity and stretching for all parts of body.

I walked with my baby for about 20 minutes. I know it doesn't compare to a run but it is better than nothing :-)

Walk up early in the morning and drank a glass of water and go to washroom after that I ran for 2 KM in round park and stretching my body with exorcise.

Whoa, I just did Cize, "the end of exercise," by Shaun T. I was unsure of what I would think of it, but I really liked it! It was fun way to mix it up!

I walk 5 times a week a couple of miles per day. Also, I do water aerobics 3-4 times a week.

I just ran 2 miles today,and did some home workout focusing on my arms and thighs they're my biggest frustrations hopefully i will lose some weight in a span of 2 months.

Today I ran 2.6 miles with my dog, and 1 mile with my 7 year old son. Light day in my training, getting mentally ready for my hilly & long run Saturday with my run club
