5 minute walk on treadmill at 6 degree incline
11 minutes on recumbent bike alternating 20 seconds hard (105-110rom) with 10 seconds recovery
Maximum Capacity workout (50-10 Protocal) 4 rounds of body squats, pushups, lunges, squats

Default Pump it up

Hey guys, I have been trying this combination of dance, cardio & stretch exercise called Pump it up. I am really loving it and its the only workout I have really sticked to without getting bored. Its an hour and 17 mins long. You might love it too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsVp7wRWG7I

Default what I eat

These days, I eat oatmeal based cereal that I got from farmers market. I mix it with 1 table spoon of sunflower seed, 1 tablespoon raisin, 1 tablespoon dried cranberrys and few small pieces of cut out apples or bananas. iT really makes the cereal delicious and not so boring. Also I put avocados(I know weird) but ever since I found out about avocados couple of years ago I am addicted....

Default What work out today

Was able to go for jogging 1 hour only. It started raining had to come back home.At home got busy with housework, so must do extra workout tomorrow
