Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 1
Tuesday: ChaLEAN Extreme - Extreme Core Circuit
Wednesday: ChaLEAN Rxtreme Burn Circuit 3!
Thursday: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Intervals & Ab Burner
Friday: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 2!
Saturday: ChaLEAN Extreme Burn It Off & Dynamic Flow Yoga!

Sunday - I actually walked the neighborhood and burned just under 300 calories
Monday - rinse and repeat - had the day off and stayed home and walked
Tuesday - gym - cardio only, burned around 500 calories.
Wednesday - gym - cardio only, burned just over 400 calories
Thursday - after work meeting. Home late
Friday - walk around the local lake with some local SparkPeople friends
Saturday - nothing today. Need to let knee recover

Sandy what happened to you knee? I take Osteo Biflex and I have crap for knees but it helps immensely!
