Today was a 3. Clean for the vast majority of the day, then hubby brought me home a Sonic Java Chiller....that sucka had 760 calories![img]smileys/smiley3.gif[/img] Needless to say I am over for today but who knows, maybe this is the shock my metabolism needs to break this plateau....

I give myself a 6 for Saturday. I stayed within my points for weight watchers, got in all the good health guidelines (except was short one milk serving), BUT I made Monkey Bread with the kids and spent about half my points on that!!

My plate on Saturday was just as bad as Friday. I was out of town for the day and ate out both lunch and dinner. I'm very used to eating out. My choices on Saturday were HORRIBLE. I ate half a bowl of crispy noodles at lunch with my chinese food and then for dinner, you'll never believe what I chose. I chose a Western Bacon Cheese Burger. I've not made a choice like that in a really long time. So we'll just say Saturday was a 1 and go from there.
