Kass,
I used 8&10lb weights and was sweating like a pig and shakingwhen it was over, but I felt so good afterwards and all day long that I decided Iwouldn't take a rest day, instead i would do 20-30 min of cardio.........

I laid down to take a nap before church, of course I over slept,but woke up in time for the new year. When I went to get up, my whole upper body was stif as a board, my arms, abs and thighs are on fire and I'm barely moving, so I had another(2nd) recovery drink and I'll see how I feel in the morning

But I love the complete program, it's full of information and the motivational dvd is on point
