26 min. Strength/Weight Training/Stability ball

I'm trying to re-do my workout schedule. I will have Turbo Kick Monday nights, low impact workout on Tuesday, Turbo Kick Wednesday nights, low impact or day off on Thurs., low to medium on Friday or day off, Sat. & Sun. Spin and possibly other gym time. Just talking it out for myself[img]smileys/smiley2.gif[/img]

No workout today[img]smileys/smiley6.gif[/img] My allergies got the best of me and I had to give in and go to the doc. Turns out I have a sinus infection on top of everything, so now I'm on Anitbiotics, 2 nasal sprays, sigulair, and possibly zrtec if the singulair isn't enough. At least I'll be able to breathe through my nose again[img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img] I may try to do Yoga Flex if I start feeling better later this evening....

I've decided to start a new round of P90X on Monday so I am rotationless until then! Today was a about an hour of fairly intense yoga.

Susie- How cool that you are getting more out of the 20 minute workout now! I LOVE working out at higher intensities for shorter periods, just another benefit of being fit. Keep up then good work [img]smileys/smiley32.gif[/img]

Audrey- I love how you switched up your set pattern. All we need sometimes is just a little variety to keep things fresh, even if thats just tweaking the reps and sets a bit. Keep your body guessing and you will definitely see results!

Kassandra- I hope you feel better soon!
