Nope, I didn't work out today and I don't think I'll be working out tomorrow either. Bummer! My knees are really hurting[img]smileys/smiley19.gif[/img]

I may try to do an in-home walking workout tomorrow or just take the two days to rest and see what this next week brings me.

I took Saturday off. I was still hurting from Thursday. Today I feel great and have plans to go to the gym. Will post again later with my workout results.

Yay, I did 45 minutes at the gym, added one new exercise and then did 15 minutes on the Wii Fit.
