Hi Angie,

Quick question. How is that stability ball? Is it a better work out than say crunches on the floor? How do you like it?

Didn't feel like working out so I wrote up a new program for a client added another 25 minutes to her session for free and worked out with her. lol

We did a fast circuit, mostly upper body with sprints between. Then a bunch of abs. This was day 5 this week. I go from sunday to sunday with my weeks usually. lol so tomorrows will be 6 out of 7! woohoo great week

Love the stability ball, so much that I have two, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is so much you can do on it and there are a lot of books and videos out there with different stability ball workout programs. But I personally like it because it's easier on my back for doing crunches/sit ups. I am not a professional so I can't say whether it's better for you than floor but I prefer it.

Val is my online personal trainer so hopefully she'll be able to share a more 'professional' opinion

I took Friday off. We are away for the weekend. We left at noon on Friday so no workout.

I did the same thing as Audrey. We left about 10:30 on Friday morning and came back home late Saturday so I didn't get any workouts in.
