Do you eat the same thing every day or do you change it up?

I tend to eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch each day and then change it up for dinner. What about you?

I tend to eat lots of the same things. I eat 5-6 times a day, so it just makes life easier. Also, when I prepare something I usually make enough for me to have leftovers for a few days. I also change up dinner, so I get some variety and so dh doesn't have to eat the same thing over & over!

Let's see ... I change up depending on if I'm doing a carb-down day or not. I don't really do carb-up days - I basically do non-carb days and regular days. I learned 2 years ago to watch my carb intake.

Breakfast it's usually eggs or yogurt - unless I'm in a PROTEIN mode then I'll eat meat - eggs just don't fulfill my protein craving - about once a week I have Kashi Go Lean Crunch

Lunch - eh it's whatever

Dinner - we eat a lot of chicken - it's healthy and it's cheap (when I get it on sale) - we use to eat a lot of fish but it's just too dang expensive here in Colorado to buy it and cook it - it ends up being cheaper to go out and eat if we're going to have fish for dinner

My snacks are usually grapes, almonds, banana, sliced tomato, etc.

I usually eat the same kinds of things. I eat 5smaller mealsa day with snacks in between.
Breakfast is usuallywhole grain cereal with soy milk orSkim Milk and some fruit. Sometimes I have an omelet if I want more protein. Or sometimes I have whole wheat pancakes with a little bit of pure maple syrup (I make it at home!) with sliced fruit on top.

Lunch is usually a salad, sandwich or veggie burger and some fruit.

Dinners are usually chicken or fish with brown rice, veggies, anda small salad.

Snacks are whole almonds & dried cranberries, protein smoothie, natural PB & celery, low-fat yogurt & fruit, whole wheat toast &naturalPB.

I tend to eat a lot of the same things. I do rotate, but I have my safety meals that are quick and easy for me. What I need to spend more time doing is finding new recipes to try so I don't get bored and then go crazy with things I know I shouldn't be eating, but just don't want the same old boring stuff anymore.

It depends on if I am in a rush or not and if I feel like cooking....lol!

I like to change it up only because I get bored but I also notice if I don't change it up I get stuck in my weight loss goals!
