Was out of town again today (Sat.) and got back late, but I still squeezed a workout in!

50 min. Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3

Sunday is my day off! I do need one day to rest!

Here are my workouts for the week all compiled together. I think I did pretty good but it was the portion control and calories that did me in for a few days.

Way to go, Angie, on your workouts! I know when holidays roll around it's hardnot toeat too much! There's so much yummy food to eat at summer picnics, potlucksand barbeques!

I struggle with the same thing! I did do better this time around, though. I really want to get my weight down. My weight has been over 170 for the past 7 years since I've been married.[img]smileys/smiley18.gif[/img] Before I got married I was in awesome shape and weighed around 135. Now I'm at about 180. I've lost6 pounds since I started doing Turbo Jam 2 weeks ago! I've been really watching my portions and have beenfollowing the eating plan that came withtheTurbo Jam program and at www.beachbody.com.

Saturday the 5th ... we did mall walking - but like shopping mall walking .. for about 3 hours ... and as always I did ab exercises in the evening


Sunday th 6th ... I did my Dance off the Inches Tummy Tone Party Zone DVD with the ab exercise section ... when I can get through that woman's ab section w/out wanting to kill her I'll know I'm in good shape
