50 min. Punch, Kick, and Jam - (Turbo Jam)
20 min. Ab Jam - (Turbo Jam)

I did my 3 mile WATP again today

Every night I do at least 50 bicycle crunches - my stomach is definitely getting stronger but the fat is still there

I used to have that problem whenever I did crunches or bicycle crunches. I still had that bulge that I just couldn't seem to get rid of! Then I found Turbo Jam from Beachbody!

It really works! I am finally getting the flat abs that I have always wanted! All the workouts work your abs (or "core") because you work them while you are standing up! It's awesome! I love it! I used to have such a hard time with crunches. There is a section in the Turbo Jam Ab Jam 20minute workout where you do some crunches on the floor, but she teaches you how to do them so that you get results! I can finally see my ab muscles! Whoo hoo!

We took the day off from the gym. However I was not going to come here and post a day off so we went for a 40 minute walk after dinner last night. It was beautiful outside. We got in some hills, both up and down and some level land.

Today, our plan is the gym.

You are doing a lot better than me! I had days off last Sat. and Sun. I was out of town Sat. and got back late. I'm going to get in a workout this next Sat. for sure! Even if it's only for 20 minutes! You're keeping me motivated! Keep it up!
