I got my focus back! Yay! This morning 25 min. weights, and 32 min. uphill treadmill. This evening, I did 90 min. treadmill. I've been playing too much and put 5 pounds back on. Edited by: Craftgrrl

15 minutes Eliptical
30 minutes treadmill
5 minutes rowing
20 thigh presses
