40 min treadmill (uphill) and 15 minutes weights. Had a stomach ache and had to leave the gym before I could finish.

50 min. Turbo Kick class and 35 min. Treadmill

25 minutes basic yoga, Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickbox, and 10 minutes of abdominal work.
