60 min at the gym: 35 min. treadmill, 25 weights, then some squats, Pilates at home, etc. for like 20 min. Edited by: Craftgrrl

Dawn, as much as you have going on and as much weight that you have lost, I would not say any day is wasted as far you're concerned! I bet you ran all over the place or worked your tail off at home or something.
