What do you recommend, not recommend? I'm looking to eliminate a lot of carbs for a while in my next weightloss phase to see if I can get this fat/weight moving down once again.

What cookbooks/websites do you all use/have and recommend?
Currently i'm looking at:

- 500 Low-Carb Recipes: 500 Recipes from Snacks to Dessert, That the Whole Family Will Love

Thanks in advance everyone!

I love www.eatinglow.com (Amy is one of those Kimkin's successes that like me wasn't really following Kimkins) but she has some great recipes on her site.I also have the South Beach Diet Cookbook which has goo recipes I never use because I don't cook anything with more than two ingredients most days Atkins has a great set of cookbooks as well.
