hi Everyone!!

Just an update on how I've been since I ended the cleanse. (AND MOVED!! ) I'm still on the floor in our bedroom on the computer.

I ended the 15 day cleanse towards the end of May, it's been a few weeks now and I haven't gained back! I lost 14 lbs and since I ended I lost another 2! At first I gained...which is normal. Then I stuck to a limited portion (but good foods) diet and was happy to see the lbs continue to come off. It will be slow. But that's ok...I'm not stressing too much. I'm just happy that I'm not stuffing my face like before the cleanse.

After we FINALLY (if ever) get settled into this new apartment, my fiance and I are going to join a gym with a day care. YAY!!! I can't wait to post on the are you moving threads! LOL!!!! I want to tone up and get rid of some cellulite.

Thanks for reading!! Be back a little later after settling for good!

That great! I have tried the master cleanse a couple of times and never make it past the first day.

Good for you sticking to your diet while moving. Moving is always so stressful. Good luck with getting settled in, I know you can do it.

Wow!--I'm completely amazed that you cleansed while moving! Standing ovation from me!

I'm in the midst of moving right now--I couldn't imagine it!

Congratulations! You can do anything now!
