Well I finished the first week of SIU. To my delight I lost 2.5 inches. Debbie really gives you a goodworkout. I can tell I've gained alot of strength in my arms.

So off to phase 2.... I just completed the 1st day of RIU and I went into muscle failure......and had to take a few break's. I'm working muscle I didn't know I had.

Awesome for you on finishing the first phase! She definitely works ya!

With RIU, it's like she says - the more you do it, the stronger you'll get. You'll have that workout down in no time.

I finally completed SI6!!!! My Results.....14lbs and 12.5 inches lost. My thighs are slimmer and I went from a 42D to a 38C

So I'm going to rest this weekend and Monday I will start Slim Series.

Congratulations !!!!!

I finally got my replacement dvd - the first one was damaged - So, I'm starting mine Monday!! I still need to read the info that came with it - not real sure where to start.
