I have a super sweet tooth lol so I love fruit! Well I've already read the Jay Robb Fruit Flush. Well now he's come out with a 14 day diet. It looks good already lol. I like his protein too because it's very inexpensive and doesn't contain a bunch of artifical ingredients or fillers. Check it out: www.jayrobb.com

So any way, I will review the 14 day diet and post here. Has anyone else ever read any of his materials or used his products?

I've used his protein, before I started w/ my company and liked it. I never read any of his work. I tried one of the protein bars and hated it.

The fruit flush is basically a 3 day cleanse where you cleanse your body with fruit. Watermelon, peaches, apples, bananas, plums, grapes...ALL YOU CAN EAT! I plan to do this one soon as well as the 14 day diet. I just finished reading the book and all I can say is he is way too generous to only charge 5 bucks for this ebook! My mouth was watering the entire time reading the book (well except when he was talking about BO and BM's) and it looks so easy to do. I mean eating fruit all day as much as you want...who wouldn't love that lol.

On a Spiritual note, this book really spoke to me spiritually even though he never said anything remotely religious throughout the book. It spoke to me because IMO this is how our creator designed us. We were designed to eat every fruit, and herb and seed (Genesis 1:29). Also it's interesting but if you look throughout the Bible, the only meat man ate was fish and eggs. They were permitted to eat beef and chicken however in those days that didn't make sense because you'd literally be eating your money. A chicken can produce way more chickens and eggs than it can a meal. The bartered and sold eggs in the market place. Also a cow or Ox was used to plow their fields so if they ate it, they'd be eating their money. The only exceptions were the quail in the desert (which Ironically killed a large portion of the camp) and the meat used for sacrifices. In the New Testament you only see Jesus refering to fish and eggs as a food item. Interesting to say the least.

Great observation on the Biblical perspective. Sooo true.

I am doing the fruit flush too! Thanks to FVM of course!!

I am looking forward to getting the protein in the mail (UPS Ground - how long does that take? A week or so I would think) so that I can start!! i like the serving sizes too.I would have thought a serving would be smaller than what he suggets.

I will definitely post my results as well.

We will be good support systems for each other!!

Do you only eat fruit and have protein shakes?

I just couldn't eat that much fruit, I don't think. I like fruit, but I like veggies more.

Let us know how it goes, both of you!

FVMom, I totally agree on the religious thing. We only ate fruit to begin with... after Adam and Eve sinned and were cast out of Eden, part of their punishment was to "toil the land" ie: gardening. We didn't start eating meat until after the flood. After Noah and his family came off the ark, God started permitting eating meats. So, I agree... fruits were God's original plan for us, so you can't go wrong with them. Let us know how it goes! I'm very interested. (On a side note-have you looked into the maker's diet? It follows those principles as well. I've been interested in it forever, but haven't done much research. lol)

FVMom,
funny you mention biblical ref. and fruit. Last summer we were picking wild blackberries to make jam and the kids were complaining b/c they were hungry. I told them to eat the berries, they would make a great snack. They thought they'd be gross, I told them God knows what's good for you, you don't see doughnuts growing on trees do ya?
They thought that was funny, tried the berries and loved them.

BTW, I'm going to do the fruit flush soon
