Gosh, I can't believe this is the last week of May !!!!


May 26: 30 minutes on treadmill - walk/jog/walk/jog

May 27: 30 min treadmill - walk/jog

May 28: 30 min outside - walk/jog

Hey FV - I just happen to be in the right place at the right time to be first

Tue May 29: 30 min - walk/jog

Wed May 30: 30 min - walk/jog

Thur May 31: 30 min - walk/jog

5/26 - Water good, workout wonderful! Cals - 1712

5/27 - Water good, no workout today (rest day), cals 2111Went 160 cals over thanks to that last handful of almonds

5/28 - Water good, workout...Tony tried to kill me, but I'm making it alive, Cals - 1617. I did pretty well with my cleanse today. I missed my Candex this morning and the ceral I bought has oats so I can't use it. I also had an egg roll....Just one...dern leftoversTommorrow is a high cal day...how am I gonna pull this off?

5/29 - Water good, workout AAAAAAH! Oh I definately pulled off a high day today thanks to the almonds! Water great, workout had my crying for my mommaCals. 3005 (Plyometrics really whipped my butt. I know I burned over 1,000 cals from that workout. I am sore all over.) Hope the NCD works this time

5/30 - Water great! Workout killer! (literally), Cals - 1765 and stayed 100% on plan (The Cleanse) today!

5/31 - one more day woohoo!Water great, workout, challenging yet relaxing. Cals - 1516100% on plan for cleanse!

6/1 - LAST CHECK IN! Water great, workout excellent! Cals 1982 (32 over)and stayed on plan almost 100% (I took a bite of my girls organic rice crispies this morning and while the rice crispies were on plan, the milk that was in them was notalso had a couple cubes of beef in my beef stew)Edited by: FV Mom

Jen! Bet you were glad I didn't bother you today LOL I have been so busy with business stuff, I haven't had too much time to check in.

I can't believe it's the last week. I didn't do so great this past week so it's time to make up for it in week 4 and most definitely in next month's contest.

Oh, no! You haven't bothered me at ALL! Actually, I appreciate the reminders, especially this time around, because Saturdays have been really hard for me to remember the contest! I have no idea why, unless it's just my brain takes a break on the weekend too? Anyway, just a note, there will be no more contests that go from Saturday to Saturday...LOL

What time do you work out through the week, Melle? M-F, I mean?

I really need to get my pic uploaded. Hubby took one the other day and I don't like the expression on my face. I don't look very happy at all! GAH! I hate getting my picture taken!

Ok, so my days look pretty pathetic so far but Sat. & Sun. was part of last week for me so I did exercise at least 5 days but did nothing on Sat, Sun, or today. Had to rest my knees but I didn't eat well either. Back on track tomorrow!

WOWY ladies, I'm usually in therearound 10:45 am Central M-F.
