I am finally feeling better today, and I finally worked out a bit harder than I had been the last few days,still am not quite up to par yet. I took yesterday off because I was worn out.

the YBB hip hop abs... i think its like 40 mins long or soemthing


and i think me and sis in law is going to do the step again. which is like 30-35 mins
