Turbo Jam Fat Blaster & 3T 870 cals burned though I'm sure I burned more but my HRM lost contact a couple timesduring Fat Blaster lol.[img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]

Treadmill46 minutes (41 minutes was jogging 4.5 - 5.5 mph) -3.5 miles/394 calories (per my HRM).

Once I got the hang of it I seem to be more jogging if you know what I mean. I like the ability to change the position of the legs and work on inner thighs. (turn sideways and criss cross). MY hubby noticed my butt and thighs have gone down.

my internet was off yesterday but i did workout with my sis in law.


we did the step basic work out. and it kicked my butt!!!
