You're welcome, Lora. Yes, this one really touched me. I wanted to share because so many people (especially women) suffer from depression/anxiety in silence and can relate to her. I think a lot of people see the oils as a luxury item to give yourself a spa day at home (not that there's anything at all wrong with that - that has benefits, too!) and not the powerful natural healing tools they are. I think this video really demonstrates that.

doTerra for my anxiety
Essential oils help so so much for anxiety and not until I tried doTerra have I gotten help. Love the Laura Peters video here. Amazing!
